用"is"是因為不確定artwork and film的數量，在不肯定的情況下你不可以直接用複數，不然等於否定了單數（但用is不等於否定了複數）。

因為不知道上下文，所以不清楚product是指什麼，也就無法正確推斷出film在句中指的是什麼。

個人覺得如果翻譯成“你知不知道，這個產品的藝術品及電影是否正在製作中”有點不通，因為通常電影製作只有一個，而句中是說到了"more artwork and film"，所以應該是“...這個產品的"更多"藝術品及電影是否正在製作中”，這樣的翻譯讓人覺得很勉強。而且"on the way"翻譯成“製做中”也不太恰當。
