a)
Molar mass of (NH4)2CO3 = 14x2 + 1x8 + 12 +16x3 = 96 g/mol
No. of moles of (NH4)2CO3 = 9.6/96 = 0.1 mol

b)
Each mole of (NH4)2CO3 consists of 2 moles ofNH4^+ ions.
No. of moles of NH4^+ ions = 0.1 x 2 = 0.2 mol

c)
Each mole of (NH4)2CO3 consists of 1 mole ofCO3^2- ions.
No. of moles of CO3^2- ions = 0.1 mol

d)
Each mole of (NH4)2CO3 consists of 4 x 2 = 8moles of H atoms.
No. of moles of H atoms = 0.1 x 8 = 0.8 mol

e)
No. of H atoms = 0.8 x (6.02 x 10^23) = 4.816 x 10^23
