為何要用had 不用has

At the moment she had no appetite for gossip. 此時此刻她無心閒聊。
奇摩字典的一個例句，請問為何用had 而不是 has？這不是講此時此刻，就是現在式嗎？

那中文的此時此刻和那時是有差的，所以說應該是那時她無心閒聊，是嗎？

At the moment = 在當時，在那時刻。 At this moment 才是「此時此刻」。所以過去式是對的。

"at the moment" 用在現在式表示“這時、此刻”。
"at the moment" 用在過去式表示“當時、那刻”。
"at the moment" 用在未來式表示“屆時、那刻”。
