I am thinking about getting rid of these games:
Rockband 2
Rockband 3
Guitar Hero World Tour
Banjo Kazooie
Up the game (based upon the movie)
and possibly Brutal Legends
Also, do they buy rockband instruments like the guitar, drums and microphone?
If they do buy games could you tell me how much I could possibly get out of these games? thank you!

Define buy. I've not priced out any of those titles but, wouldn't expect more than ten dollars each. Five is more realistic.

They will buy them but you probably would be better off using craigslist or ebay. The money that gamestop will give you will feel like an insult.
