老外的說法：Has anybody read this book? 有誰看過嗎？表示也可能都沒人看過。樓上大大寫的意思比較偏向有人看過了，而想問出那個人是誰。
兩句的意思稍有不同。

問題強調的是“誰”，答案應該以人名/人稱為主。(如果你沒看過一般只會保持緘默不會主動回答問題)
