She gets the point that I'm trying to chase her?

I asked her to come out for dinner, and we went.
I asked her to go to a school party with me, and we went.
I've just asked her to come out again later this week, and she agreed.
School people have spread rumors that I'm chasing her, and she knew.

I really don't have to explicitly tell her that I'm chasing her, right? I assume that she gets it?
