This gal seems to be very interested in me. She did mention a few times that she liks cooking. I'm thinking about bringing her to a cooking class for couple and to have fun. Do you think it's a good idea? What do you think?

Yes, as long as it's a real cooking class and not one especially for couples that have you licking something off the other one's face or hands.
I've heard of some classes are based in erotica, you don't want to do that yet.
