請問"學生自治會"的英文怎麼說

有人跟我說
Student club

也有人說
Student council

請問哪一個比較適合呢?

還是有其他更好的

有少數的稱之為Student government；但是絕大多數都是稱之為 Student Council.

Student Union是英式稱呼；Student Council是美式稱呼。
