像普通cheese cakes, birthday cakes, or even pancakes.

basically it's any cake that has a flat surface.

I know flat bread but never flat cake.

Obviously, I am not a good baker and I am not saying you are wrong but I never heard of that term.

I know, sheet cake, flat bread, but not flat cake.

It is some kind of cake. Usually they stack it to form a taller cake. Some of the wedding cake are made from flat cake by stacking them.
