It's an acquired taste. And what I mean by that is when you first start drinking it in your teens, you think it tastes bad but you don't care because you're just trying to get drunk. After a while though, the taste becomes something you enjoy. It might be because you associate it with the good times you have while drinking or maybe you just really learn to like the taste. That's how it was for me anyway.
I'm 31 now and I like to have a beer once in a while. and at this point, I do like the taste. It's comforting and makes me relax just getting the taste.
