From your Choice, cost of these phones are settled in a Mid-Range, 2-3K.
If you ask me to choice, it is different to do that becuase some person will concern on outlook, or function, etc.

If you ask me which one can be kick out from the list, i can say

1. i9003 can kick out.
Reason
--Although i9003 cost is cheap, Samsung still does not offer the System on i9003 (Android 2.2)


About the Xperia Neo V
Neo V--new est phone, Newest OS, Mid range Price, 3.7" Monitor.

it is ok for general peoples.

About the Xperia Arc
SE Flagship Phone (before Arc S come out) with a BIgger Screen,
OS can be updated and add new fuctions which same as NeoV.
If u can find it and cost near 3K , that is ok.

Before Peoples offer 2.8K + 6 month contract Plan to New user who join their Serivce and buy Arc together.....
