Going to prom without a partner?

I went stag to my junior prom, and I still had a good time, because people don't spend time exclusively with their dates. Because I could dance, and I like to dance, I was able to steal other people's dates for a bit. It was like, and I cannot believe that I am actually going to quote Glee, but it's a good line: “I don’t have a date. I’m just going to dance. And then all your dates will ignore you and dance with me, so your dates are really my dates.”

I see girl groups going to prom and a few guy groups I guess. But you should definitely go with someone. And tell your friends to go with other people too. It's about having fun, and seeing people for the last time. Just ask someone, and most likely they are going to say yes because they are thinking the same thing. You just dance and talk to everyone. Honestly, it's about having fun afterwards though! you are in charge of your night!

I went to prom with friends and we all danced together and had fun :) also at that prom later on someone asked me out so u never no...just have an open mind.
