LC 沒有presentation period day

我公司有單shipment 做LC 去Singapore, 但張LC 沒有寫presentation period.. 單shipment 10月21號走, 預計11月6 號到Singapore, 請問我應該幾多號之前把文件入BANK??

在LC的有效期内都可以，但由於預計11月6 號到Singapore，為方便收貨人取單提貨你最好盡最快的速度交單給BANK，以11月6號前文件入到Singapore 的BANK而收貨人又能取得文件為准。

只是個人經驗說法 ............
21/10 船開, 23/10 已取正本 on board 提單, 28/10 前需要入單.
銀行 stale documents 慣常計法是 on board date 7 日後當 discrepancy.
