Is it correct to say this?

Is it correct to say:

"Have you any pencils?" "Have you any clocks?"

Or must I say: "Have you got any pencils?"

And can I say: "Have you a rubber?" "Have you two pencils?"
Thanks.

You can say these. But it sounds less stiff (formal) to say: "Do you have any pencils? Do you have a rubber?" (And be careful with this one! In Europe, rubber is recognized as what North Americans call an eraser. If you ask this question to an American, they'll think you're inquiring after a condom!).
參考: American, living in western Europe.

"Do you have...?" is a better way to ask!
"Have you got...?" is more informal (between friends and people you know well).

Usually we use, do, as in Do you have any pencils?
And be careful, rubbers in America mean condoms.

No, it is not. It's not standard language in any case. You either say "do you have" (American) or "have you got" (British).
