How should I set up this date?

This gal whom I've dated recently said she liked to read books, go to arts museum, etc. She told me that she is not a peson who likes to chill, party, etc. If I were to set up a date to go to an art museum, don't you think it's a bit boring? What should I do to make it more fun?
