奧地利(Austra)在第一次世界大戰前屬奥匈帝國，後分裂成德國，奥地利，匈牙利等，大部份人仍操德語，在Vienna (維也納)他們仍自稱 Wien (隨處可見之路牌)。有如：馬交即是澳門，羊城即廣州，舊金山即三藩市(SF)。

Wien is the German word for 'Vienna'. German is spoken in Austria.
