First of all, I want to tell you that I am a Hong Kong guy so please forgive my poor English and point out my mistake(s) that were found in this passage. Thanks a lot!

Many guys say "Thank you!" or "Thanks!" repectedly in their passages or speeches. Therefore, I want to find some words that can replace the word "Thanks" or "Thank you" and being flash in my speech or passage! May be some one can help me to solve this problem. Thanks a lot!

You could say "I am grateful" or "you have my gratitude".

You could say " I appreciate what you have done for me", or "you have my appreciation". Both of these are more for letters but in UK it is considered good English, by those who wish to use non slang expressions.

In the South of England we say "cheers mate" quite a lot. It is a more familiar term meaning "thank you friend".

Hope this helps, "nice one geezer!". (Means the same as "cheers mate" and is used in London by ppl known the world over as Cockneys.
