Which of these is better?

The second has 64bit windows7 installed. plus a 2120 @ 3.3Ghz... The first one appears to maybe have a 32bit version of windows7 since it doesn't state specifically, and a slower processor... If in fact the 2100 machine does have a 32bit operating system, it will only allow you to use ~3.5 or so Gigs of the 4Gigs of ram it has installed. Where the first one with a 64bit OS will let you use all 4Gb of the ram installed...

It would appear that the second machine has a slightly faster processor, which means that your computer will run faster overall. Basically, it would be a slightly better machine.
