Using Poisson distribution:

λ = 36 x 0.75 = 27

So the required probability is:

e-27 x (2730/30! + 2731/31! + 2732/32! + 2733/33! + 2734/34! + 2735/35! + 2736/36!)

= 0.2677

Should be binomial distribution

0.1241 is not a correct answer. Using binomial, exact answer is 0.1684. Using normal approximation, it is 0.1680. 0.1241 is using normal approximation also, but use x=29. 29.5 should be used instead.
