3500 應該夠租村屋(700sq ft, standard village house, one flat, 6000-7000 a month), 可試村內木/鐵皮/石屋.
you can go to estate agents in small villages like sun hing tsuen, shun fung wai, tuen tsz wai to try.

(i can't type chinese! taking so much time just to type a few words of chinese!)

我只引述 700 供你參考。你試過藍地大街物業代理嗎？（there are about 3, I think, 2 at the end of the street). Hung Shui Kiu洪水橋 物業代理 may also have some suggestions.

呢個價已經好難搵到村屋, 仲要700呎... 就算元朗4xx呎村屋都要成五千呀...

我朋友識人先有個4千幾租700呎村屋咋...現家呢個價做唔到了~


就算真係有, 你都要唸唸...咩都貴哂, 邊有咁平o既屋租呀, 一定係有問題...
