English question, please help?

"can you helP me?"

Do you aspirate the P (like pa) sound when saying the word in this sentence above?
Is it plosive (without letting out the airflow, e.g. the "t" in "fooTball"), or is it aspirated clearly as a "pa"? thanks.

The "p" in "help" is plosive.
