I just bought something from amazon.co.uk. It said it was "Sold by: Amazon EU S.a.r.L". I am just worry about who's Amazon EU S.a.r.L? Does it belong to Amazon.com?

It IS Amazon. SARL is a common type of company under French Law. So it's really just Amazon,more specifically the name of their legal entity over there in the UK.
