What does meeting his mom mean?

Okay, Im 13 and a couple days ago i went to my boyfriends soccer game. His mom was there and i hadnt met her yet, nor even know she was there! After the game he was walking to the car with his little brother in his arms and his mom was like go talk to her while looking over at me and my friends. He did and we were all ooing and awwing over his lil brother. Well he wanted to walk home for some reason (i think he thought i was) but my mom was picking me up so my friends left and we were still talking. He ended up walking home and his mom yells over to me Hi and her name! Shes like you should come to all his games he does really well when you are here! And im like yeah i will nice meeting you and she said the same. The next day he texted me and i said how nice his mom was and how cute his lil bro was and he said i hope it wasnt too sudden. He is so caring and such a gentleman! What does this mean? We have been dating for three weeks! And its been super awesome and continues to be! :) Thanks in advance
