IF i use same router for differnt location will it be same ip?

HI i have been using wireless router for network and i stop the comcast internet service. and i share with others. NOW i connect my router to their modem which is a different modem and they live next one block from me do i get the same ip address

No. Two addresses never have the same IP. For every contract, you get your own IP, or if it's dynamic, it changes every time you reboot your modem.
