What kinds of women whom I can attract?

I don't talk a lot and don't hang out a lot. I'm not a social animal, and I don't like people to know a lot about me except the close ones. I'm a well planned person about my life, goals, etc. And I only like women who are at par compared to me or not so far behind me in terms of background, education, etc. Tell me what kind of women I can attract so I can focus my energy on those types rather than spending times on various types
