1) 老闆沒有正面的鼓勵、 嘉許及安慰, 亦感覺老闆在供應商的報價程序中予以不信任態度。

2) 與老闆之間工作上未能得到配合。

3) 現時公司欠缺發展空間, 想轉換工作環境。

4) 現時公司欠缺晉升機會。

5) 在薪酬方面不滿現時薪酬偏低, 未達到自己的要求。

6) 轉職至另一間薪酬較高的公司, 該新公司可給予30%加薪幅度。

1)The boss or employer does not encourage directly, recognizing or even comforting his employees also it seems that he does'nt trust the proceeding to negotiate the offered price with the suppliers.
2) The employer does'nt have mutural understanding with the employees as far as the routine works being concerned.
3) The employees are now thinking of changing the working conditions because there is lack of development in the company.
4) The employees feel that there are no promotion prospect in the company.
5) The employees feel that the present monthly salaries are far too low than demanded by them.
6) It is learned that if the employees found the same job in other company and that would increase their former monthly salaries by 30%.
