It should be "Knock! Knock!" (pretending to knock on the door)It means something like "Anybody home?" = "Are you listening?"/ "Do you get my meaning?"/ "Were you dreaming when I was telling you something?" etc.

The person who said "Knock knock" is making fun of the person he/she is speaking to.
