先前在網上看中了件衣服，是用來送給友人的，於是向賣方先預繳了半成訂金，但後來發現友人不太喜歡，於是便向賣方提出不要了，但賣方稱不能退還訂金。
我是透過入數的方式付錢的，有單據。
我想問 可否取回訂金? 是否賣方在拍拖網的介紹內列明不能退還訂金就是不能退還? 或口頭上聲稱不能退還就是不能退還?
我有沒有權力可向賣方提出退還訂金? 或是我該透過某些機構/途徑取回?

It sounds that the seller is right not to refund you the money.In a usual case (while there is no written contract), when you have commited to buy something with deposit, it is usually assumed that the transaction will be completed.
But since you don't want the item, you void the contract yourself. The seller has the right to forfeit the deposit, or in some cases, forces you to complete the transaction.

其實你要知道該件物品是什麼, 買之前是否碓定會完成交易, 否則不能完成既話, 請賣家退錢或可以換第2樣野, 不可能全數退回的了, 緊記下次交易時小心一點!
