Right click the folder containing the files you want to delete and select 'Properties' -> 'Security' -> 'Advanced' -> select user -> 'Change permission' -> Check "Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object"Now delete the files in the folders manually from the innermost level then delete the folder when it's empty, For example, if you have folder A containing the unwanted files, you must first delete these files in A, then delete folder A. If you have sub folder(s), delete the files in the innermost folder then delete the sub folder(s) in the next level up until all done. Do not try to delete the folder at the top level without first deleting its contents.Note: This file was probably carried over from previous (older) version of Windows so Win 7 sees it with a phantom owner and hence will not handle them.
