Using treats for training is fine, and an easy way to keep your dogs attention, however once the dog knows and understands the command, then it's time to fade the treats. In other words, you tell your dog to sit and the dog sits and you give her a treat. Do it again, but this time do not treat, merely praise her and tell her what a wonderful thing she has done. Do it again, and don't treat but use praise. The third and final time, ask her to sit....you may see a reluctance at this point and when you do, that's the time to bring back the treats. By eliminating them gradually and erratically, you will keep her interest as she will never know for sure if she will be getting a treat or not.
This is how we do it when training for the competition obedience ring. Treats are never completely given up, just given randomly to maintain interest in what they are learning.

giver her a treat but make her do more for it each time. like instead of one trick for a treat try moving up to 5 tricks for a treat or sitting and laying longer
Unfortunately, it sounds as though your dog has been conditioned to only do tricks for treats, which is what we call "treat training." Instead of treats, you can offer praise (Good Dog! Yay Spot! ect...) and love (pets, belly rubs, ect.). However, this will take some time for her to become accustomed to as she is used to treats.
But like my boss always says, everything a dog does is for food, love, or attention! Use one of the three in your training. Good luck!

Now that she is learning and knows what it is you asking of her to do i would not give her a treat every time you ask it of but instead praise her and just let her no she is a good girl other wise she will only listen to you when you have a treat and that is not the ending goal you are looking for
