how long does it take for the fill to work as a contraceptive, even after 4 months of taking it?? urgent..?

i had unprotected sex today with my boyfriend (day 2 of taking pill, took it at day 5 of period and have been on it since june) but he came inside me (not fully but a bit) am i protected?? and i know it's never 100% safe.. please help!!

If you've been taking it as directed, you're fine. The whole idea of the pill is to not get pregnant from unprotected sex. After 4 months of taking it you have been protected for at least 3 months. It doens't matter which pill day you are on, you are protected all the time including your pill-free/placebo week.
