In the 4th last line, it should be :
This when -δ < x < 0....

In the 2nd last line, δ = [sqrt(1+4E) - 1]/2E

Consider (x+1)/(x^2) > (x)/(x^2) = 1/x for all x belongs to real number.
Now, since lim(x tend to 0) 1/x = inf.
hence, lim(x tend to 0) (x+1)/(x^2)= inf.
