= P(Machine a function normally) * P(Any two of b , c , d , e work)
+ P(Machine a function normally) * P(Any three of b , c , d , e work)

= 0.7 * (4C2) * 0.6² * 0.4²
+ 0.7 * (4C3) * 0.6³ * 0.4
