How can I loss weight?

I'm a 13 years old Asian girl and I am 152 cm ( about 5 ft) tall. However, my weight is 56 kg which is having a risk of being over-weight. I do not eat McDonalds or any fast food ( at most once every three months). I like to drink three cups of juice per day ( with water ) and I also check the calories of different things I eat. I usually eat two slice of bread for breakfast. Having a quarter of a regular meal at lunch (like Japanese noodles or Spagehtti which is not unhealthy) and only small amount of vegetables for dinner. I do not eat snacks ( only a slice of bread a week at most). The only problem make me do not have a healthy life is that I do not exercise much. I do not have much time even for sleeping. I have Gym for an hour every week. So how can I loss weight? Thx. XD

1. Use smaller plates when eating meals. This will automatically reduce your portion size, even if you are going back for seconds, you are less inclined to eat huge amounts of food.
2. Exercise doing cardio workout, for example running, this done at high intensity will reduce your weight.
3. Try to limit the amount of sugary foods and carbohydrates you are eating, try - calorie foods, such as watermelon, where you burn more calories eating it then you do from the actual food.
4. Drink lots of water.
Normally i start this a week before a party to slim up, but doing this 3 weeks in advance should see the reduction of excess body fat!

your still young don't worry too much... wait til ur 16 years old...and have boy crushes....u'll start getting conscious bout ur weight... juice causes diabetic so try at least once a day and drink more water instead.. 7-8 glasses per day...make sure u eat fruits... and make sure u get at least 8 hrs sleep a day...
breakfast is the most important meal of the day so u should eat a lot then... regular during lunch and u can have ur noodle at night.... that's what i eat... noodles at night yummmy but i cook it with vegetables tho'...

The key too losing weight is not only eating less and healthy, but most importantly, Burning more calories than your daily intake, so not only does it burn the calories you've consumed in the day but it starts to burn stored fat for energy.
If you have a gym membership I recommend getting 1 hour + of Cardio a day, whether that be jogging outside or on a treadmill, swimming etc. You really want to get a lot of sleep too, when you do a lot of workouts, if you don't get much sleep the body wont get a lot of time to rest and heal.
