澱粉是不可以溶解
葡萄糖可以溶解
但我地食野個陣點樣由澱粉轉成葡萄糖?
要過程要原因....

澱粉= starch=amylose
口水=saliva=amylase
葡萄糖=glucose

amylase breakdown(分解) amylose into glucose

when the food is in our mouth, our saliva contains amylase(enzyme) , it will decompose the amylose(starch) into many smaller molecules, which is called maltose, then it will continue to breakdown into glucose.(each maltose contains 2 glucose)

presence of enzyme(amylase) can help break down complex carbohydrate(e.g. starch) to simple sugar(e.g. glucose)
