since 一個時間應該係用 present perfect tense 喎It has been listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since 2 October 1982.
但如果一定要呢兩個其中一個就 It is listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since 2 October 1982. 啦, 因為依家仲係事實

strictly speaking, present perfect tense should be used
but it's also commonplace that past tense is used with 'since' without any meaning change.

Both A & B are not correct. They should be changed as following.
A. It is listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong
B. It has been listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since 2 October 1982.
