eg:碘液測試,
實驗裝置與對照裝置出來的結果都是令樹葉變藍黑色或棕色,
代表?

你脫澱粉既時間不足(沒有陽光進入到樹葉果個)
OR
你用既植物唔岩(e.g.紫椰菜之類,無澱粉係葉度)

First what is the purpose of your test ? You think there are starch in the leaf so you use iodine to test whether any starch is in the leaf . If the test is positive , this proves what you think is true ; that leaf does contain some starch .
