though it looks like a homework question, i'm still answering it as one of the constraints is "liquid".

1. explosive
nitroglycerin.
avoid heat, naked flame, shock and friction: don't heat it, don't ignite with a flame, don't drop the container on the ground, don't rub it against the wall.

2. oxidizing
liquid oxygen / concentrated (30%) hydrogen peroxide solution
avoid contact with organic materials; otherwise it may cause fire.

3. flammable
very easy, just write down an organic solvent like ethanol and petrol.
avoid naked flame: don't ignite it with a flame or a spark!

4. carcinogenic
potassium dichromate solution
avoid contact with skin or eyes or breathing-in vapors (avoid inhaling, ingesting and contact); wear suitable guards like goggles and gloves.
