成績唔係好，但又唔係好差果d
想升Top up
呢三年都係問政府借錢 想問TU DEGREE可以問政府借嗎？
其實本身覺得讀海外既TU都無問題
但因為聽人講無得借所以放棄 係咪真係無得借？
仲有，請問香港有邊間大學有LOCAL accounting top up degree讀？
GPA收幾多？

top up degree 冇 local，全部聯營外地院校，張 cert 都唔係本地簽發。
