Advice on what I ate today?

Hi this is what I ate today. I feel so hungry now and am craving pringles. How can I stop hunger pains ? I'm trying to lose weight please help

Breakfast
1 cup of instant coffee with a quarter cup of milk
1 sugarfree red bull
1 red apple

Lunch
1 medium pear

Dinner
Half a cup of cooked white rice
1 steamed corn on the cob
1 cup steamed mixed vegies ( corn,peas & carrot the frozen mix)
A sprinkle of kraft Parmesan cheese over rice

Is this bad? How can I stay full and resist chips??

You ate all wrong. Your breakfast was horrible and you barely ate lunch. Breakfast should be your largest meal of the day and should include whole grains and protein. This will keep you satisfied for hours. At lunch, have something like turkey w/ lettuce and tomato on 100% whole wheat with low fat mayo or mustard. Have a pickle on the side and a piece of fruit.

For dinner, you need to avoid simple carbs like white rice. Use brown rice instead and use all the veggies you want. Dont be afraid to use seasonings.

It's OK to snack during the day as well..just make healthy choices like sliced apple dipped in a little peanut butter, a handful of nuts etc.

With what you ate, you are lacking many vital nutrients.

That is a TERRIBLE way to eat! You are depriving your body of desperately needed nutrition, and you won't lose weight on a diet like that. Your body will start burning even fewer calories because it thinks there is a famine going on!

You need to eat at least 1500 calories a day, spread among fruits, veggies, grains, and protein. Read labels and plan your meals & snacks to fill you up between times. Increasing your activity by riding a bike, walking, or swimming (for example) will also help you lose weight.

The only way to lose is by burning more food than you consume, and forcing your body to try and stay alive on almost nothing is NOT the right way.

Actually you have your diet habit reversed, it is important to get a full meal on breakfast, and decrease the amount in lunch, dinner should be the lightest meal. Maybe that's why you always feel hungry throughout the day,try reversing your amount in meals.

1.Don't just eat fruit, you need to get some energy, perhaps a wholemeal bread or boiled potato will do when you are having breakfast and lunch. Then no carbs at all during dinner.

2. Low carb diet can help you loose weight quickly, but if you do not stick to this diet, it helps you gain your weight back as quickly as it is to loose. SO I really recommend you to do more exercises and eat more healthily instead. That's what I'm doing: I eat a wholemeal cereal with low-fat milk and an apple for breakfast. Eat meat and half a bowl of rice or boiled potato. The meat is preferably done by stewing or grilling. For dinner, I eat a little protein food like fish or egg.
Jogged for 30 minutes or swim for 60 minutes a day.

You may think that the meals that you eat are healthy but to be quite honest this is not a healthy diet. For starters, drinking an energy drink for breakfast does not help with fatigue.

You're doing good with your portions, well for breakfast and dinner that is but what you are eating is not healthy. You need more protein the only protein that i see here is peas and thats the frozen mixed veggies. Try fresh vegetables and eat more poultry.

As soon as i saw red bull i thought not good!!, you need to eat a lot more otherwise your metabolism will slow down and you will find it very hard to lose weight, and thats ho cellulite is formed!!! The fruit is very good, but you need more protein to keep you feeling full and avoiding those pescy chips! Foods such as lean meat, a handful of nuts, eggs and beans will help with this! good luck!
maybe try some baked beans with a poached or boiled egg? will keep te hunger pangs at bay :) eggsare well known to be flat tummy foods! xxx
