Hi this is what I ate today. I feel so hungry now and am craving pringles. How can I stop hunger pains ? I'm trying to lose weight please help
Breakfast
1 cup of instant coffee with a quarter cup of milk
1 sugarfree red bull
1 red apple
Lunch
1 medium pear
Dinner
Half a cup of cooked white rice
1 steamed corn on the cob
1 cup steamed mixed vegies ( corn,peas & carrot the frozen mix)
A sprinkle of kraft Parmesan cheese over rice
Is this bad? How can I stay full and resist chips??
