widening wealth gap(貧富縣殊) is a serious problem in hk
1.how severe the problem is?
2.how to solve the problem/what can be done for improvement?

1. refer to Gini coefficient (HK is one of areas in the world with the widest wealth gap) or rich-poor incomes
2. wealth redistribution, increase profit tax, expand social welfare/public assistance, to allow wealth to channel down to the underprivileged.
