I disagree!! It is because we need to learn a lot of knowledge , and some knowledge maybe never appear in the book, but we also need to learn it, it maybe very important to us, it can help us on the work.
If we just learn the knowledge in degree courses, we would miss a lot of knowledge, so I think that non-degree courses are not a waste of time and Money.
