For new pension scheme, normal retirement age is between 55 to 60 and for old pension scheme, it is between 50 to 55. For early retirement at the age of 45 in old pension scheme, the only good condition is due to immigration purpose, others are in those worse situation such as cancer problem or serious scenario that you can't live beyond 50 (most of that are with an aim to attain the lump sum earlier).

In fact, why don't you directly ask for advice from your colleagues in the Personnel section of your department, because they can give you more productive suggestions.
