移民美國I-865生活擔保

請問一下我本身是美國公民可是我在台灣讀書
現在想幫父母辦移民可是卻碰到了生活擔保的這個問題
我主要想問的是因為我爸爸本身在台灣有在工作也有收入跟存款而媽媽是家庭主婦也有存款
那我要怎麼幫他們做生活擔保勒？？
有可能說我爸爸自己做自己的生活擔保嗎？
那要填表是要填I-865的哪一張表勒？？
請有經驗的大大們為我解惑:)

首先感謝兩位大大的說明那我還有兩個問題就是1,我是幫我爸媽辦所以他們兩個的affidavit是分開的還是和在一起啊？ EX:當它問how many persons you're sponsoring in this affidavit?時我應該說一還是二？ 2,要是如Gary大所說的我爸媽用自己的資產做擔保的話那我就是填一張I-864然後我還是掛名sponsor 然後再附上我爸媽的資產證明就好了？謝謝

你收入不够
1. 可找親友出面填表代為保証
2. 可由你父母自有資產擔保
每五元美金資產折抵一元
例
三人最低貧窮線us22,888
22888 X5 =111440
111440 X 29.5 =3287480
你父母須提總值超過台幣3,287,480資產
即符合標準

I assume you mean I-864, not I-865 (I-865 is totally different from I-864).

I assume you are not married, so your family size is 1+2 (Yourself with intending immigrants).

Current guideline requires an annual income of $23,162 in your case.

So you will have to show either:

1. You have an annual income of $23,162; or

2. You have assets worth $115,810; or

3. You have a combination of income and 20% of asset worth $23,162.

All amount is in USD.

Simply include your parents' asset with your I-864. No additional form is needed. And be prepared to show evidence of the assets.

1. Each one get one set of I-864. So you need 2 in this case.
