首先你無話你所講的device , 是何物我怎樣答你呢 ? bimetal device---可以用作heat protection , 例如熱水樽 . 又例如兩種不同metals , heat expansion不同 , 所以一條＝層metals bar , under different temperature , will expand different degree so the bar will bend . 以上只是＝个例子大有可能不是你要的 !!

其實佢都答左
最主要既原因係因為2隻metal會expand in different degree
姐係話
如果1枝 =
上面expand多下面expand少咁咪會向下面bend~
