本人於本年9月3日入住英國某酒店,房間號為2203房.於4日上午約10:30至10:45左右,本人之妻子突然患上急性腸胃炎,幸好當時得到門僮協助召喚酒店車將本人及妻子送到就近醫院, 因人生路不熟,到醫院後不知門路找醫生, 猶幸酒店司機鼎力相助,最終本人妻子得到適當醫療及照顧, 為此想致函該酒店表揚兩位員工.因當時事發突然, 未及詢問當日協助本人之門僮,而司機只知叫WILLIAM. 希望各位Ching能幫小弟一個忙, 謝謝

I am writing to express my gratitude to two of your staff, who gave us a lot of assisstance during our stay in your hotel.

My wife and I stayed in room 2203 on 3rd September 20xx. At about 10:30 - 10:45 a.m. on 4th September, my wife had a fit of acute gastroenteritis. We were fortunate to get the help from a bellboy (concierge), who called the hotel limousine to take us to the nearby hospital.

As we were new to the place, we didn't know what to do after arriving at the hospital. With the help from the limousine driver, we were able to find the doctor, and my wife finally got the proper treatment. As we were in a rush, we didn't get the name of the bellboy. The driver was called William. Once again, we would like to thank them for their help.
