Yes. Bin Laden still had plenty of evil plans against the USA. He had lots of money and support to carry them out. Probably the best killing of a leader since Hitler committed suicide.

No, of course it's not.
They had no rights to execute someone, who "might" be Osama Bin Laden. They haven't managed to prove that it was in fact Bin Laden - they only say they have proof - but of course not available to anyone. You can't just execute every dark man who has a long beard - that's not legal. The real Bin Laden has probably been dead for many years.
And I'm sorry to tell you, but Bin Laden isn't very likely to have planned the 9/11 attacks. You have to be a genius in order to plan such successful attacks - I'm not saying they weren't terrible crimes - it's just that I doubt that a physically ill man from Afghanistan was capable of planning them.
