It is still possible in my opinion.

It is really a fact that Seven Eleven is under the supervision of the same Group of Wellcome supermarket. However, the two reasons below made me believe the blacklist would not reach 7-11:

1) They are in fact two independent retail chain stores and their business are also independent. Officially, they are two separate shops without relations. The list should only be valid within Wellcome.

2) 7-11 has majority of stores run by Franchising ( 特許經營 ). These shopkeepers do not know the list of blacklists of even 7-11, so as well as Wellcome.

Hence, I do not think you have much problem in applying 7-11 posts.

Nevertheless, I simply suggest you to reflect what you would be blacklisted by Wellcome. There must have some serious reasons in my opinion. In such a case, you must reflect and improve. Else, you may be blacklisted in other chain stores in the near future should the similar mistakes appear.
