那一個耐用我就真的不清楚, 但以我所知, adidas的那一對應該較輕, 以我的記憶, adidas那一對表面有紋, 官方網站說可以增加球跟鞋的接触, 而nike那對賣點就只是輕, 但官方網站則沒有說有多重, 以上兩對鞋只適合人造草, 不適合硬地. 而鞋的好or壞其實都是個人的感覺

if you want a pair of trainers thats suitable for shooting why not get the Adidas Adipower or Nike total 90 Laser? but durability is really depend on how ofter you play and what sort of ground do you play on

personally i like laser because there are these little bits on the instep which helps to produce swerve on the shot or grip the ball on wet days.
