Which colour does he like best?
Are they both correct? If so, which one is more common? Thanks.

Most people would say the first one. But I think the second one sounds more correct, especially when you are speaking/writing formally. Although both are correct.

Proper question is "Which Colour does he like best".

In casual speech they are equally correct.
In more formal speech, omit "the."
In more formal speech, omit "the."

Both are correct, but if your in The USA it's spelled color. People here will look at you funny if you spell it that way.
